2 Bright & modern studio- 5min to Wembley Stadium

Acceptable stay Positive: The room is spacious and clean. The host is very kind and easy to communicate with. Negative: The location, unfortunately, doesn't help. Access to supermarket is at least 20mins walk, underground also 20mins walk. The windows are not closing properly and are single glazed, so, in a windy night, it gets cold. A couple of coffee sachets or tea bags could be a nice touch, alongside basic toiletries.

Positive: Nothing. Negative: I arrived at the property and it was in the middle of an estate. The front door was hard to open and close. Then when I got into the room it was nothing like it was described. There was mould inside the wardrobe, the curtains were hanging off and it didn’t feel safe at all. I was there with my daughter so I contacted the property to ask to cancel because of this but I have had no response at all from them. I had to book another hotel which has left me out of pocket. I will be raising a complaint for a refund as this was totally unacceptable.

Positive: Location was great for Wembley Arena. Lots of food options nearby. It was good to have a fridge and kitchen sink in the room. The main kitchen would have been useful if we’d stayed longer. Negative: The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the frame squeaked. There was only one thin pillow each.

Good for a quick stay for a gig at Wembley. Positive: This is a great location! The accommodation was clean. Parking permit was good to add to the booking. Negative: The bed and linen need replacing ideally and the curtains need re-hanging. A bedside lamp would be a nice addition.
