Our stay was marred by the state of the accommodation Positive: It had parking Negative: The place was in a poor state of repair. No toilet paper, the floors were uneven and lifting so much so that I hurt my foot on it .

Good London apartment. Positive: Location was good, room was large and adequate, parking was fine. Shower flow was good and water hot. Negative: Mattress needs replacing, kitchen sink and bathroom basin needs plugs. Could do with a tea towel in kitchen.

This room could have potential, if some of the basics were fixed Positive: The room was a good size, with most facilities needed. Location was nice and quiet, within a 15 minute walk to nearest tube. Negative: Bed was awful, with uncomfortable and squeaky mattress. Bathroom would be nice if towels were new and soap dispensers weren't empty. Property advertised as having parking, but owners ignored all of our requests to book a space (we sent 5 separate messages via booking.com app/text/call) - we ended up having to find separate parking at additional cost.
